Hi guys, 

 

I have a question regarding my O2 contract. I had the option to cancel my contract until January 14 2020. Therefore I did a "Kündigung Vormerken" in the O2 App on 13 January 2020 and then I received an email saying that my cancellation is active for the next 10 days and I have to call a Hotline number within 10 days to complete my cancellation.

Based on this, I called the O2 Hotline on 20th January to finalise my O2 cancellation and they said they accepted my cancellation.

 

But days later when I checked the confirmation email, it says my contract is extended until 14.04.2021? What kind of trickery is that?

 

Would be helpful if someone could explain what happened here? Is it not a violation of people's right?

welcome to our community. I apologize for the default cancellation. I corrected it to April 15th 2020.  Everything is alright now.
