Since 18th of November the 4G internet speed for the whole Nortend area of Frankfurt is 0.5mbps… Noone on support line is able to tell what is happening, this is fraud I spedn 75 EUR to test the unlimited 999GB prepaid tariff and for 1 month it worked good, the very moment I subscribed to 50mbps 4G internet the connection become from bad to worse 0.5mbps and in the evening it is 0.02mbps. Checking cell tower analyzer it seems many base towers are offline and I am getting connected somewhere across 5 streets to an overloaded cell tower with very bad reception. This is fraud!!!

Yeah but I lost all hopes by now, it is like this for almost 10 days already, I just filed a complaint, I would understand a few days of technical maintenance with reduced download speed, but 0.02mbps each evening I am sorry this is unacceptable by all means. This is badly planned, badly executed cell tower maintenance without care for customers who are paying for this service (because they probably need it?), until 3 days ago even the O2 live checker had totally wrong end date for maintenance saying 11 of October or smth... Furthermore because my roaming goes through O2 I cannot even use my mobile phone as alternative hotspot... And this is the central area of Frankfurt, I will not ask what is it like somewhere in the countryside... Nowadays economy is fast transport, communications and modern technology you are bringing me back to the beginning of the telephone internet via dial up for real...


The least the O2 support could do for the past 10 days and 100 complaints is update the end date for the maintenance, I told them to fix it 50 times as it is wrong...

- WLAN-Anrufe aktivieren

Yeah, you can see when I opened the topic around 15th of November and today is 8th of December. The quality of your network is below 0 - it is unstable, even 50mbps at LTE is not reachable during most of the day and we talk about central area of Frankfurt… Do you have any estimation when this cell towers will be upgraded, will be December this year or 2025 or 2030, because I only see the upgrade estimation period changing, first it was October 11th, then November 11th, now is December 12th...
