O2 Cloud Flex ( That's a NO From O2 )

I've been looking though some of the extra O2 services.:slight_smile: The O2 Cloud Flex draw my attention . Unlimited  cloud storage for a small price.

I though Ok I want to try the cloud service.

 

When I tried to subscribe  I get this this message ( Translated of course )

 Zusatzoption buchen
O2 Cloud Flex (für Vertrag O2 my Home M 

“The selected option is unfortunately not bookable with your tariff. In My O2 find suitable offers under Tariff & Options.
We are happy to help you by phone on 0800 8087 187.”:slight_frown:

Normally it should work with all web-based devices as described here:

@o2_Tobias I'm trying to add from my tariff " O2 my Home M ( LTE ) " Homespot. I can't add to any device because the O2 system won't even let me add the service to my tariff. Even though I do understand the cloud service can be used on all devices. The point is I'm traying to make is I cant even sign up, not even as a test " "The selected option is unfortunately notbookable with your tariff. In My O2 find suitable offers under Tariff & Options. "

We will now investigate the reason why o2 Cloud is not working with your tariff. We will contact our technical department and will come back to you as soon as we received a response from our department.

we already got a response from our technical department. 

 

At the moment, o2 cloud is not yet accessible for all customers who possess an “o2 My Home”-tariff including the LTE/5G-version. 

 

But we are planning also to provide o2 Cloud for these customers. 

 

As soon as we have any news about that, we will inform you.
