Number Porting to Another Provider

Hello,

I want to port my existing prepaid O2 number to another service provider. To do so, I want to request the number release via Mein O2 app but strange thing is happening. While applying for number release my Date of Birth is changing from the one which is already saved in the details. My DOB is 23.12 but while requesting the number release, it shows 22.12 on the validation page. Could you please tell me why this issue is existing and how to correct this?

Hello, I called them but they are only responsible for Postpaid contracts. I have prepaid contract. Prepaid helpline doesn't speak english. DO you have any email where I can send my query/issue.
