Number portability - problem with identification - no information


Hi, 

I would like to portable my number from fraenk to o2. 

I have received already SIM Card and i did identification 07.01.2021 But till know i did’t receive any further information or confirmation. 

 

The consultant on the hotline said that I need to apply (do identification) again but it is not possible - link for identification is not available anymore because identification has been complete. 

I would like to add that I have no possibility to do identification in person - somewhere where is postident branch. 

 What should I do to end the case?

Hello @Amad,

If you want to port your number, you can do this yourself online in your My o2 portal. All information you can find here:

Important: if you want to port a number, the personal data must match. This means: if the name or address of your old provider and ours are different, the porting will unfortunately be rejected. Even spelling mistakes are sufficient. So check again to make sure that everything matches with your old provider and with us.
Also: what kind of contract do you have with your old provider? I'm asking because: as soon as the contract has ended, you don't have to release your phone number. If the contract or the prepaid card is still active, your number may still have to be released by your old provider. If this is not yet the case, you can do this with your old provider before you order the porting again.

Thank you so much for your information but unfortunately it doesn’t work. 

I can’t create an account on meino2 because SIM card is not active . And because I don't have an account I have no possibility to ask about “o2 Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen”

Do you have any other idea ?
