Hello, I recently transferred my number from Alditalk to O2 prepaid and I read it that I will get a bonus after a successful transfer . The number transfer was a success but I did not see any bonus in my app. Any clarification would be great

The switching bonus was only available until August 8th. The prerequisite was that the number porting took place within the first 4 weeks from the start of the contract. Do you still fall into this category?

Have you ordered your new contract before August 8th, as well? Could you also tell us how long ago the activation of your new o2 contract was?
The discount usually shows up on the second or third bill after contract activation. 😊

Sächsin has correctly pointed out that your prepaid card is not elegibile for the Portability Bonus as this certain discount can only be applied to our postpaid contracts.
