Hello,

 

I have taken my old SIM number to O2 as a new customer and was expecting 100€ bonus. But I haven’t got any confirmation, neither I can see that in O2 App. I heard that every month 5€ less than the actual amount will be deducted from monthly bill but that is also not happening. Can you please confirm that my number is eligible for this offer or not and when that is going to start?
