Ihr bisheriger Anbieter hat die Rufnummernmitnahme zunächst abgelehnt, weil der im Auftrag angegebene Nachname/Firmenname nicht mit den dort hinterlegten Angaben übereinstimmt.
Deshalb unsere Bitte: Klären Sie diese Abweichung mit Ihrem bisherigen Anbieter und informieren Sie uns über das Ergebnis.
Am schnellsten geht es per E Mail an alditalk@eplus.de. Geben Sie bei der Antwort bitte Ihre vorläufige Mobilfunkrufnummer an.

Yes, it can be that the names are not identical.
