I regret that there was a complaint about your undelivered iPhone and I took a look at your case.

Apparently your iPhone could not be delivered by our shipping service provider DHL because the address was incorrect. The package has been returned to us and the installment contract has therefore been cancelled.

Unfortunately, we did not have a new order from you. There was no charges for the iPhone.

Your mobile phone contract is an independent contract that can also be used in other cell phones. Unfortunately, we have not had any revocation of this contract from your side.
