Hi,

I have two O2 postpaid numbers. My wife and and I are using them. At 20th September we came to India. Till 18th October we were receiving all the messsages like OTP and Bank transactions. However, we both are not receiving any SMS after 19th October.

Please let me know how what can I do. I really need those OTPs.

I can understand that you need the notifications urgently.
Have you both ever switched your mobile phones completely off and on again? 
Have you tried manual network selection to choose another network provider? 
Does it affect all SMS notifications or ‘only’ OPT and the bank transaction SMS ?

Hi, I came back to Germany. However, This month I did receive otp and transaction messages while I was in India. So it seems, last month I must have reached maximum allowed roaming quota. Which also explains why I got higher billing amount for last month. But my problem has been resolved now.
