This week i added 15eur to my o2 credit from which 12.99 was charged for an already selected tariff(it was not activated since i didn't have sufficient credit). Suddenly after adding 15 eur 12,99 was deducted. But unfortunately i was not able to understand the app in german i cancelled the order, however the amount was deducted. Now the package is not yet activated and also i was charged seperately for calls.

Contacted the english hot line but no one answered. So i was forced to recharge again.
