Hello first I want you to know my dissatisfaction with this service because I pulled out a cell phone And two sims that gave the promotion  about a year ago paw pay it to rate thing that at the end of the same year I made cancel everything Now I have a bill of 201 euros pay I do not have internet I can not call and then I do not know that I are being charged but I have access to anything anyway about a week ago pay 101 euros and I still appear the bill of 201 my request is to close this contract because the cell phone already this payment and I do not want as this service my number Customer is 60XXXXXXXX Thank you for the attention

I am sorry to hear that there seem to be issues with your bill or contract.

If you signed a contract it normally runs for 2 years and it won’t be deactivated to an earlier date. If you recieved two SIM cards is it possbile that you have two mobile contracts? Please have a look into the invoice. If you see two mobile phone numbers there are two seperate contracts. If you also recieved a mobile phone and pay it at a monthly rate this will also be ended automatically after recieving the total amount of the price.
