I purchased a new phone from O2 with headsets. And this is what I received by email.

I received the phone but never the Kopfhörer. I went to on O2 shop and called their hotline for half an hour but no one can help. This is frustrating.

When did you place the order? And when did the mobile phone arrive? Did you check whether you received any information about the headphones by email or SMS?

Received my phone by end of Feb (25-28)

I found some link to order my Kopfhörer and followed the steps in Feb.

No SMS / Emails since that.

Hallo @Charmi ,

have you already checked what is being shown when you check the Hardware Extra Portal for the headphones? You should normally be able to see the state of them, if you successfully entered the campaign.
