Hello. I just topped up my prepaid SIM card after a gap of almost 1.5 months and now it shows no service for my O2 SIM. Since it was previously on direct debit, there probably was an outstanding amount which I am not sure was paid or not. In the time that I was not using it, I cancelled the direct debit from my bank account ( which probably means that the direct debit cannot be processed even now despite my account being topped up ). I only need the SIM card for a couple more days. How do I get around this problem? I have topped it up enough now to cover all pending expenses and bought an active pack too but wouldn't prefer to enable direct debit again.

What announcement comes when you call your phone number? You should contact prepaid customer service.

When exactly did you make the prepaid top-up?

If your SIM card was already blocked, the SIM card should be reactivated approximately 48 hours after the outstanding amount has been cleared.

Have you already contacted our colleagues by phone, as Bumer suggested?
