i have now recived 3 sim cards and connot activate them on line or via the app, when i talk to a consultant they ask me to wait a few days or send me a new sim ….i have 3 sime and not one is working

You have now got 3 sim cards at one and the same tariff? Is this a new contract or did you need an exchange sim card?
And when you try to activate the sim card, what message do you get online?
Is it the corresponding phone number with which you are registered here in the forum?
