i am sorry that the discount was not activated as requested. You had taken out 2 contracts and were supposed to get a 50% discount on both contracts? Is the discount included in the contract documents? If I have understood correctly, the contracts were concluded in a shop and it was not possible to clarify the matter with the employees on site?

The first day when we went there, he said that if we choose that tariff, we will get both 50% discount but when we back there and we ask why it still states in the contract that we need to pay the regular price and he said that dont worry, we will still get that 50% discount. After a month, we payed the regular price. But we went there again why we dont have 50% discount and unfortunately the guy who offer us was not there. The third time we go there we address again our problem and they said that they contact me or my co-worker but we waited for a weeks but there is no call. After a month i decided to go to that store again and looking to that guy and someone said that he ia not working there anymore and they just ignore me then i go to the informatio/complaint desk and i said i want talk to there manager but unfortunately they said that their manager was not there and they tok again a copy of our contract. I am very disppointed. And unfortunately my wifi had vey bad connection. I cant even enjoy to watch movies or to have a clear videocall with my families and friends. Very stressing. I want to cancel my contract as soon as possible. My co-worker will also message you as soon as possible if what will be her decision.

That doesn't sound very nice, so I can understand your anger.
I can see from your customer details that the dealer tried to book a 50% combination discount on the contract.
However, this was rejected by us because the requirements for the combined discount are not met here.
You would have to have a second contract for this, which could then receive the combined discount.
As the contract was concluded in a store, there is unfortunately nothing we can do in this case.
I can only ask you to contact the store again to see if another discount can be applied instead.
Regarding your poor connection, please check Livecheck to see whether there is currently a fault
at your location. If not, you can also forward an error message directly to the technical team.
