No data is showing up in either App or website

I am receiving this msg everytime I try to login. “Due to technical problems, your data can not be loaded in Mein O 2 at the moment. Please try again later or alternatively try in the  Mein O 2  app .”

 

It is getting really frustrating now.

There were some technical issues which have been fixed. Can you access your Mein o2 area again?

Hello,

I have the same problem. 

I received the message: 

Due to technical problems, your data can not be loaded in Mein O 2 at the moment. Please try again later or alternatively try in the  Mein O 2  app .

Your O 2 team

And I try to acces Mein O2 app I received a message with An error occured.

Pls help.

sometimes technical issues occur.
Can you try again if you can access your Mein o2 again?
