Hello ! I ordered a mobile phone with a SIM card contract on Thursday, July 1st and received an email to deposit an amount. I paid via link the next day, but did not receive a confirmation email or email from o2.

I have the transaction ID and reference when I paid the amount.

Sometimes it takes a while for the payments to be booked and for an email to be sent. Has an email arrived yet and have you already checked your spam filter?
