Hello there!

Since I joined O2, when I migrate my phone from a previous provider, my phone number can't be seen when I call people (No Caller ID).

Information:

  • I have an iPhone 14 Pro
  • I migrated the number from a previous provider to O2
  • I have an e-SIM

Troubleshoot already tried based on previous forums:

  • Check phone configuration - it is enabled. The phone isn't the problem. 
  • Call *#31# - I see the message "Setting interrogation Succeeded - Calling Line ID Restriction - Disabled" - Tried several times, that's the only message I see and it doesn't work.

 

Any idea why this happens? I've seen previous forums where O2 experts joined to solve the problem, but they didn't post what was the solution.

I checked the settings for your phone number and found that the caller ID display was currently suppressed. I have now changed the settings so that your phone number should always be displayed. You received a confirmation via text message.
