Since I joined O2, when I migrate my phone from a previous provider, my phone number can't be seen when I call people (No Caller ID).
Information:
- I have an iPhone 14 Pro
- I migrated the number from a previous provider to O2
- I have an e-SIM
Troubleshoot already tried based on previous forums:
- Check phone configuration - it is enabled. The phone isn't the problem.
- Call *#31# - I see the message "Setting interrogation Succeeded - Calling Line ID Restriction - Disabled" - Tried several times, that's the only message I see and it doesn't work.
Any idea why this happens? I've seen previous forums where O2 experts joined to solve the problem, but they didn't post what was the solution.
