Hi!

My reference number is WSFC41xxxxx91

I’ve received a call that offered me a new tariff instead of an old one. The guy on the phone told me I’ll receive a new sim-card via mail and my phone number will remain the same.

Today I tried to activate a new sim-card, however now it says that I cannot take my old phone number with me, and my O2 app shows that I have both tariffs running with 2 different phone numbers.

I really need just one contract, and I’d like to keep my phone number. Can somebody explain me what’s happening, will my former tariff switch to a new one, and how can I keep my old phone number? For now it’s just frustrating and I’m about to cancel the order.

Regards,

Kateryna

Hi @Kate Laman

welcome again to our English Community.

I regret that there was obviously a misunderstanding the last time when you ordered an additional contract.

We do not offer internal portings from one contract to the other.

Are you still in the withdrawal-period of 14 days? Then proceed as described here:

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Yes, I am indeed trying to cancel the contract, but it takes forever and I am afraid to have further misunderstandings. The support is asking me whether I want to cancel my iPhone, despite I clearly stated what exactly I want to cancel in the attached form. So, very frustrating and forever-taking experience.

Hi @Kate Laman

I understand your worries.

Please revoke the contract as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de

You also can use this form: Muster-Widerrufsformular Just fill it out and send it to the mentioned e-mail-address.

Thanks a lot for your support.

Hi Tobias,

I am also exactly in that same situation as Kate. I sent them an email with my phone number asking to cancel my current contract so I can order the phone with another one. That is possible right?

Best regards,

Hussein

Dear @HusseinHazem ,

your mobile phone contract will be deactivated on January 29th. Since December 1st internal portings are allowed for free, but you have to call our hotline for this order. So you can oder a new contract an port your number to the new contract, if you wish. Else you can make a contract extension. Would you like to receive an offer from us?

Kind regards,

Andrea

Hi Andrea,

I went yesterday to an o2 store and told me that it was not possible to cancel and would have to wait. So i decided to fix my current iphone instead.

thank you for your reply though!

Best regards
