Hey , I ordered a postpaid sim card , and apply to transfer my old O2 pre-paid number to new post-paid contract . (I am new to postpaid but have account on pre-paid) . When I receive sim card and tring to activate , it failed . In the meanwhile the old pre-paid sim card lost its signal . Can anyone tell what happend , and what things can I do to solve this problem ?
