I already have one prepaid SIM from O2 and since I was happy with it I decided to buy another one.

And so I did: bought SIM, put it in my phone, registrated it, received the link for identification process and that's where things got weird.

I did the identification process online instantly via the link they sent me. The person on the another end said that everything is fine and my card will be activated within 24 hrs. I waited and waited patiently, kept checking my emails but no information, no SiM activation, nothing.

So now a week later I contacted them via chat and they said they have no record of me doing the identification process and basically I need to do it again and simply sent me another identification link.

No fix to the situation, no discussion, nothing. Who then was the person that took all my data, promised to activate my card and did nothing? It's very unsettling and I have no will to do the whole process again. And why should I if everything was done from my part?

Sometimes the technic will not to do, what the user wanted to do. In this case it is necessary to repeat the process.
I am sorry for the complications but if you want to use the service, you have to do the registration process for a second time.
