Need help with ps5 order, English

Hello everyone!

I ordered ps5 digital edition with  from the O2 online at December 6th. Two hours later it asked me. To pay 71 eur as first payment to confirm order till December 14th, and I paid for it yesterday. And when my order confirmation came, I noticed that there is no ps5 in the list, only Sim, not even one I ordered. 

I cannot call the O2 service, it's all in German and I don't speak it. And my main question is : Do O2 just f**ked me over and took my first Payment just for a Sim card or there is some other problem.? I've tried to ask in O2 branch, but all they said was that they dont do support for online offers. 

LAST QUESTION : How can I refund my first payment of 71 eur if they did not add the ps5 in my order?

I had the same problem, just the other way around.The Ps5 was in the list but my SIM wasn't. O2 send me an updated email 2 days later without me asking for it.

Thanks for the screenshots. According to the screenshots everything looks fine. You got the order confirmation for your tariff “o2 Free M”. And as you payed already the prepayment for the Playstation 5, you will certainly receive the device in the next days. 

 

Did you already receive the sim-card or a delivery-notice for your device? Just have a look if you have received any e-mails.
