Good day O2 Community.

 

I placed an order for an iPhone 13 Pro Max (256GB Blue Sierra) last Nov 1, 2021 and I have some few questions. Hopefully you can help me. I received my 3rd email this morning stating "My Auftrag ist bestätigt". I went to the Bestellstatus page and type in my Auftragsnummer and other details needed. Here are the informations I received.

 

Auftragsnummer: WSFCXXXXX56

Auftragsdatum: 03.11.2021

Auftragsstatus: in Bearbeitung

 

Ihre Bestellung:

1. Is it normal that it doesn't state about the Phone I ordered? 

2. How long will the iPhone be delivered when it state "Sofort Lieferbar"?

The status “in Bearbeitung” (in progress) is already a very good sign. 

As soon as the phone goes out, you will receive an e-mail from DHL. 

I hope that your phone will arrive soon.

I just checked my Online Status and my contract has been cancelled. What should I do next? Thanks.

So, one looks like the sim-card and the other one is concerning your phone.
