I recently entered my PIN code wrong 3 times in a row. I am currently out of Europe and I could not retrieve the PUK code from my Mein O2 account as well because I cannot remember the password there, too (sorry!). My O2 account is also not linked to my email but only linked to my phone number, therefore I also couldn’t retrieve my password there by “Forgot password” option.
I'm wondering if it's possible to provide me with my lost PUK code if I give my information without the need of Mein O2 account.
