Hi!

I am paying 33 euros/month for the o2 Mobile L Boost Flex Online tariff, which promises up to 300mb/s.

While I can read and understand that *maximum* speed refers to an hypothetical cap that will never be reached, I am now navigating at a speed of up to 5 mb/s.

This is unbearable, I made the contract today and want out already, I need internet for work and cannot do anything with this, given what I was promised and how much I’d be paying.

If you made (sic) the contract online or by telephone you have 14 days in which you can cancel the contract. Otherwise as it is a Flex Tarif you can terminate the contract at any time with just 4 weeks' notice.

Hello @RossiDev ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You’ve already gotten some good Infos from bs0 for how you can end your contract. Aside from that you could also take a look at the LiveCheck and see if there are maybe currently any known issues that might be affecting the internet speed at your address.

Kind regards, Sven

@o2_Sven any chance I might get a link to so?
GooglePlay doesn’t allow me to download the app because of the country limitation and the website is anything but accessible

@o2_Sven Update:

I did manage to get the app working via VPN

I get server error 503 when trying to log in using the same credentials that get me in from the browser.

Can I get a confirmation from your side about what to do? I don’t want to waste money because of a technical issue external to me.

You don't need the app.

To cancel the contract within 14 days send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

To terminate the contract: http://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/

Dear @RossiDev ,

as @bs0 already mentioned, you don’t need the app to make a withdrawal.

Please use our form for a withdrawal and sent it by Email within 14 days after the activation of the contract to us ( widerruf@cc.o2online.de).

Then it will be cancelled.

Kind regards,

Andrea
