I am used to get 3.5 GB and free calls and sms per month for ony 10 euros. But now the 10 euro was not taken and i am being charged as i connect to the internet or as i call or send sms. Please can you help me?

I try this *104# but i am not sure of what to do because i can see there 3 options 1. Packstatus 2. Packbuchen 3.Pack abbestellen. I do not know German i am new here. I am asking why i am not getting 3.5 GB as usual which last for about 28 days. Why there are not taking 10 Euros from my SIM account yet i have a sufficient balance. Instead they are charging me per sms sent, per call i make and when I open data they are consumed quickly . So, i do not know how to solve this ?
