I am asking why i am not getting 3.5 GB as usual which last for about 28 days. Why there are not taking 10 Euros from my SIM account yet i have a sufficient balance. Instead they are charging me per sms sent, per call i make and when I open data they are consumed quickly . So, i do not know how to solve this ?

Maybe you didn't have enough credit on the card. Please make sure that there is enough credit and try it again please.
