I ordered prepaid plan L for 19.99 and it doesnt even work i dont know what to do

I received it an sms that is buyed, and it doesnt show not inaktiv….

Your description sounds a bit strange. Did you have enough credit and did you also activate or reserve the pack so that it will be booked after your current pack expires?

Yes i top up for 19.99, entered a pin got message that money in a account, then i choosed a L pack for 19.99 and got message plan is activated. After on hour i noticed internet doesnt load up, i check my  O2 app and i see you plan is disappear, today i tryed to reach support service but after waiting  5 times 30 minutes i just give up

Maybe there is a way to check my number and see whats happen?

I have in o2 app Aufladungen and  Abbuchugen that prepaid plan was buyed…

I just had a look in your prepaid-plan. I confirm that the pack “o2 My Prepaid L” got activated this morning today. 

Please start your device again. 

Is mobile Internet connection working now?
