My PKK

Hello o2 friends.

I need your help in order to get the PKK number, I’ve checked all documents that I have but there is nothing similar or marked us to a personal customer number. I’ll appreciate so much if somebody from o2 could send to me by post. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Leo_chile,

get your ID-Card and your Phone number and go to an o2 Shop.

There you get your PKK directly.

Or wait for a moderator:in an get it send via letter.
