i have purchased an online phone, i paid it fully, i did a mistake in the adresse, its a very small mistake, DHL are saying they have send it back to o2, i couldnt reach anyone from o2 to check whats the status, when i called the english speacking support, he is asking me for contract number PKK and so many details and he dont believe its me. please can you help me?
i dont know wheres the contract number or PKK
