my phone was not delievered


dear Admin

i have purchased an online phone, i paid it fully, i did a mistake in the adresse, its a very small mistake, DHL are saying they have send it back to o2, i couldnt reach anyone from o2 to check whats the status, when i called the english speacking support, he is asking me for contract number PKK and so many details and he dont believe its me. please can you help me?

i dont know wheres the contract number or PKK

thank you for your reply in the private message.

I can only see the delivery by DHL on April 7th in our system. I can't find an entry that the shipment was returned to us. Nothing has arrived back at our address.
However, there is an entry in the tracking system that a drop-off location has been entered or a neighbour has been entered where the parcel should be delivered, so I assume that the parcel was dropped off/delivered there. Have you checked this once?
