My Personliche Kundenkennzahl is not working with call center

many times i called the call center. I knew exactly my kundenkennzahl. But the ROBOT said, the key is false.

Any idea why?

Hi @az_ihsan,

that is strange indeed. If your phone supports dial tones, it should accept the 4-digit code, provided it is the correct one.

Maybe you can answer the questions regarding whether you would like to talk to one of our agents. That way, you wouldn’t need your personal 4-digit code but could provide information like name, address and date of birth alternatively.
