Hello I just want to ask if there would be a problem if my first monthly bill will be late for few days because I will probably receive my salary before the last day of the month. Payment due is 23rd of the month and moreover salary come at 28th or 29th of the month.

my bank balance was zero the money didnt debit from my account on time 

i transferred next day manually but still its negative not paid in my o2 account 


Hi @Aminullah habibi, the booking can take a few days. Please check in the next few days whether the amount has been booked.

Please also note that a fee will be charged for any returned direct debit.
