Hello, I ordered tablets from O2 on April 8th. It was also delivered to the cargo. However, there has been no change in the cargo status since April 10 and the product has not been delivered to me. I wanted to contact DHL, but I received the answer "the company sending the cargo needs to contact us." I would be glad if you could help me on this issue.

Hello @maxcimus06 , the shipment damaged or is it being sent to o2 because the shipment could not be delivered to your home address? What does the DHL status say exactly?

It is neither. There's just no movement and no additional information. I am adding a

Yes, I think it's lost. I experienced the same situation with an Ikea cargo a few months ago. After contacting DHL, Ikea refunded my order. So I waited for delivery for days in vain.


@maxcimus06 so you have to wait here for a O2 Mod who can help you then… it can take a few days until they reply


the screen, the shipment is still on its way to you. But the shipment has stopped moving for 6 days. I think o2 should actually contact DHL to find out what happened to the shipment. Because actually this should have been delivered long ago.
