Warum sehe ich nur “Ausland” als Tarif moglichkeit (Mein O2 Menu, “Tarif & SIM Karte”).

Normaleweise gibt es 3 Optionen; Tagesflat, Wochenflat und Monatsflat.

Ich habe alles versucht. Irgendwie zeigt O2online manchmal keine Flats mehr, nur 1 Auslands Tarif. Dann muss ich euch einfach anrufen.

Ich will einfach dass ich jede Zeit online buchen kann...

are you using an internet-to-go package? Has the previous flat that you were using already ended when you checked for them in your mein o2?

Ja, es war nach Mitternacht, unmittelbar nachdem die vorherige Flat abgelaufen war.

Ich werde dies heute Morgen früh erneut tun. Wenn es wieder passiert, haben wir einen Zusammenhang gefunden.
