My O2 Homespot


Good day, I ordered O2 HomeSpot with a Sim card with Home L package. I got my sim card vai post. But I didn’t get the HomeSpot. I made the order on 29.09.2022 and made the payment on 06.10.2022. Its been more than 7 working day but nothing yet. Not even any tracking number or anything. Could anyone help me with it please?

Hello, thank you for your response. Yes I have contacted the customer service several times. They gave me hope that I would get the Homespot this week. But till now no sign on my Homespot or any shipping information. Even though I saw on o2 website that the product should be delivered in 5-7 working days. But today is 12th working days after I purchased. I got the sim card which is already actived but without the Homespot its useless. I’m losing my patience and thinking about to cancel the Homespot and ask for my refund 65€ which I paid for the Homespot if I don’t receive my Homespot in short period of time. I would rather buy a cheap 4G router for this money. 


But hope for the best.

Hello, I ordered a Homespot with Home L package. But to round up my payment I had to pay around 65€ and and then monthy.

I just checked again. The weekend is now behind us, the order for clarification is still open and not yet processed. Unfortunately, I have to ask you for a little patience.
Of course, you are free to cancel the contract if you are dissatisfied.

NO REFUND YET...

Hello, I did not get the product.  So I canceled my order by calling the customer service on 01.11.2022. But still I did not get the refund. Even though I was told I will get the refund in 2 weeks. 

can you please help me to get my refund back?

So basically I didn’t get the Homespot for some reason. And I called the customer service to cancel the order. As I mentioned before, when I made the order I have to pay a small amount to round the amount of monthly payment. So I had to pay 65.99€ including shipping. Since I didn’t get the Homespot and cancel the order I should have got my money back.

please be patient. The payments for the router should be refunded to you automatically. But it takes a while, as the colleagues on the hotline have already confirmed to you several times.

Hello, could help me please.

I created the contract via check24 and got email(at 27 of January) from o2 that my order number is “WSHWxxxxx”. Could you please provide current status of my order, because today is 1 of February and I still don’t receive my devices(or anything extra information) to start using Internet.

"Vorbestellung / Rückstand": your hardware is not yet on stock
"NEW": your order is on stock and will be shipped soon
"In Bearbeitung" / Order in progress: your order will be made ready for shipment
"In Auslieferung": your package is on its way
"Auftrag storniert": your order was cancelled
"Beilagenproblem": your order will be manually fulfilled
"Komplett retourniert": your package could not be delivered and will be retourned
