my monthly Bill is overcharged

Hallo

I surprised to see my Billing invoice.

I have been told from o2 main shop in Konlenz about my 2 years postpaid plan which was €30 per month 

The contact start from 28.09.2024 on 27.10.2024 one month completed .

Now I just checked my billing invoice which I have to pay on 08.11.2024 

In invoice the bill shows €61.97

I just signed a unlimited internet contract without any phone or home internet for €30 per month then why I am receiving invoice with €61.97.

 

Please help me about this issue. Thank you

Page 2 details the individual items, not just the total amount. What individual items does it show?

The connection charge is standard for new contracts. Check the contract you signed in the shop. It should say Anschlussgebühr or Anschlusspreis. Does this also appear in the invoice?

Did you actually look at the invoice or just the notification? On page 2 it shows exactly what has been charged. The additional amount is almost certainly the connection charge.

Yes I am talking about the whole invoice page 1 n page 2 the same amount it shows €61.97.

I didn't sign for o2 home internet and the staff didn't told me about any connection price she only confirmed for €30 every month I have to pay and that's why I agreed. I have all the papers which I get from O2 shop in Konlenz.  Can you check my invoice please

Welcome to our community.

I assume that bs0 was right and that the increased first invoice is related to the activation fee.

Please check your invoice, the whole thing should look something like this on page 2
