My invoices are 5Euro higher than my contract


Hello,

 

I have signed a contract on 04.12.2020 in Saturn O2 service. That was an offer “ MSD Offline Black Friday Offer”. I also can send you the offer number if you need.

Based of my contract I should pay 34,99Euro per month (also Anschlusspreis:39,99Eur , Datenvolumen:60 GB). But my invoice for both of Jan and Feb was 39,99Euro. I have reported this problem to the Saturn O2 service (in Elbeeinkaufszentrum)  many times. They said they are working on it to solve the problem but after 2months still have not got any reasonable answer from them. That is why I am writing my problem here. That would be nice if somebody could help me with this problem, because it is really annoying when I call to following up on this but no body answer !!!!!!!!

If you concluded a contract via Saturn then they need to solve your problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they can also fix your keyboard ;-)

Ich habe mein Problem seit Januar an O2 gemeldet. Ich versuche oft, O2 über eine Hotline zu kontaktieren, aber entweder antworten sie nicht oder sie können nicht auf Englisch sprechen. Ich kann kein deutsch sprechen Der Saturn O2 Service hat einen Vertrag mit mir unterzeichnet, der ein Angebot in Balck Freitag mit 5 Euro Rabatt war, aber der Rabattcode wurde überhaupt nicht angewendet !! Meine monatliche Vertragsgebühr beträgt 34,99 Euro, aber ich habe beide Rechnungen mit 39,99 Euro erhalten. Ich habe dieses Angebot nur wegen dieses 5-Euro-Rabattes gewählt und musste wegen des Angebots sogar meine Telefonnummer ändern. Ich habe im Saturn Elbeeinkaufszentrum den o2-Dienst angerufen (sogar persönlich gesehen), aber immer noch hat niemand mein Problem ernsthaft weiterverfolgt. Ich schreibe hier definitiv mein Problem, nach tausendmaligen Versuchen, den O2-Service zu kontaktieren! Ich warte darauf, von jemandem zu hören, der mir zumindest nach 2 Monaten Verantwortung im O2-Service zeigen kann! Ich warte immer noch darauf, vom Saturn O2-Dienst für mein Problem zu hören !!

I’m sorry to hear that and I understand that this upsets you. I’ll gladly take a look at your request.

Can you please sent me a screenshot or a picture of your contract details, where you see the discount. Please make sure first, before you post it here, to hide all of your private data, like for example “Kundennummer”, “Adresse” etc..

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have attached here a pic include basic information of my phone contract (prices, data volume, Angebot name, I just blocked the last 3 numbers of the Angebot number because I was not sure that I am allowed to put that information here or not. I can sent it to you privately if you need it ).

I must also add that this contract is with Saturn O2 service. Unfortunately their service was terrible, that is why I wrote my problem here. I have reported the problem to them exactly after it was activated. They told me there is no problem in your contract and wait until you get your first invoice. When I got the first bill and showed them, finally they admitted that there “is” actually problem! Then they told me the discount number has not been activated and I should wait 1 or 2 weeks, then they can fix it and refund me that 5Eur per month . But unfortunately, they never answer my calls, emails, sms after that!!!!!It is really really annoying that nobody answered me well! Also, I got my second invoice which still the problem is there. Based on my contract I must pay 34,99 Eur per month but the invoices are 39,99 Eur.

I would really appreciate your help in this matter.

I regret that Saturn was not able to help you with the missing discount. 

 

Against all procedures I have now given you a discount of 5€ for 24 months. Additionally, you also got a discount for the last 2 months. You will see these discounts on your next invoice. 

 

I hope you agree to this solution.

I have got my third phone bill today. The invoice is 34,67 Euro. From your respond (above), I expected it to be 24,99 Euro for this month (34.99 (monthly) - 10 (discount for the first 2months)=24,99 Euro). And then 34,99 Euro until 10.01.2023 which is the end of my contract.

Also I figured out today from your email that you mentioned :

24 Monate 5,- € Rabatt auf die Grundgebühr bis zum 02.04.2023

 I think you made a mistake by the date of the end of my contract. Activated date of my contract is 11.01.2021. The end of it must be 10.01.2023 (=24months, As it mentioned in my contract and also in my Mein O2 app.). I wonder why you extended it to 02.04.2023 which is almost three month more than my contract?

So, I would like to kindly ask these questions:

  1.  Why  do you extend the end of my contract to 02 of April 2023?
  2. In which month would I get back 10Euro discount of my 2 first months that I paid 40 Euro?

The contract duration is still the same. 

 

My Colleague didn’t expand your contact he just activated the 5€ discount for 24 months and the 24 month 5 Euro benefit ends on april 2nd, but that wont change the end date of  your contract. 

To your second question: @o2_Tobias activated a one time 10 Euro discount, which issn transfered to your bankaccount or your o2 customer account, it’s an items which is activated on your mobile contract

which reduces the monthy fee. Its a bit complicated to explain, next month everything will add up and you will receive the rest of the 10 euros.
