I have signed a contract on 04.12.2020 in Saturn O2 service. That was an offer “ MSD Offline Black Friday Offer”. I also can send you the offer number if you need.
Based of my contract I should pay 34,99Euro per month (also Anschlusspreis:39,99Eur , Datenvolumen:60 GB). But my invoice for both of Jan and Feb was 39,99Euro. I have reported this problem to the Saturn O2 service (in Elbeeinkaufszentrum) many times. They said they are working on it to solve the problem but after 2months still have not got any reasonable answer from them. That is why I am writing my problem here. That would be nice if somebody could help me with this problem, because it is really annoying when I call to following up on this but no body answer !!!!!!!!
