@RAMESHKRLIVE When did the contract start and did you test at different locations? Please name a few places where you tested (but please do not mention your home address under any circumstances. Data protection!) . Thanks.

I am using in Candidplatz munich. my contract got renewed this year so as per new contract it will end by 2025.  I have issue with download speed only and when i do speed test it always say between 15 to 20 GB and when i start to download the data it is always 2mbps.

@RAMESHKRLIVE If you have the speed problem all over Munich outdoor, please raise a technical ticket at the English speaken hotline. Unlimited Smart after 05.04.2023 should have the speed down.
