I am an exchange student in Goettingen and I wanted to contract the cable internet connection together with the phone data pack. Unfortunately, when I came to the salon, they asked for an IBAN to create a contract. My British and Spanish did not work, so I opened a German one and came back again. However, I was told that I was blocked by the system and to try again I need to wait 2-3 months. Is there a way of solving this misunderstanding and contract you as a provider? Thank you!
