Hello.  

I have a problem with my O2 sim card.  

My Guthaben is crasy, and it shows -8.72 euro.  

 

Before, I bought O2 credit (10 euro) and applied O2 my Prepaid S (9.99 euro).  

The amount of O2 my Prepaid S was deducted from my Guthaben, and it showed 1.27 euro.  

Since I utilize SEPA payment, the O2 credit (10 euro) was deducted from my bank account, which is no problem.  

However, the amount of O2 my Prepaid S was deducted from my bank account again even though it was already paid by my Guthaben.  This means O2 company billed double.  

So, I requested refunding the amount 9.99 euro, and it was returned to my bank account, but my Guthaben shows -8.72 euro.  

Please solve this problem, O2 company.

You had booked the pack and immediately deactivated it and then ordered it again. I assume it was an error. We have refunded the costs to you.
