Hello !

The problem is when i make this contract, i choose a Iphone 13 Pro, and the agent from o2, make a mistake (or not)  and him selected Iphone 13 Pro MAX.

Second day, i call at o2 service, they cancelled the order for this phone, and make a  new order for IPHONE 13 PRO.

After this, i received an email where they told me my request is rejected. So, in this moment i pay for a phone which i don't have it, i am without my money, 100 euro (cash) which i paid deposit for that phone, and my actual invoice is 40 euro.

That agent told me he make a contract for maximum 20 euro per month, and for phone about 30-40.

I tried to make another request, but the same, is rejected.

So, my question is : what is my fault? what happens with my money? Why he lie to me?Why i must to pay for something which i don't have?

If i don't get a phone, i want my money back, my contract want to be cancelled and  i go to another company.I'm still send email from 1 month but no one fix this.

Hello @bystefu,

welcome to the o2 community and thank you for your message 😊

I am very sorry that you are in a bit of a difficult situation right now because of the wrong order. We can get to the bottom of it together.
If I understand correctly, the first unit was cancelled by you? Or by the customer service representative? What exactly was the procedure?
In general, you can cancel a contract concluded by phone or online within 14 days. This also applies to the purchase of mobile phones. If the device is/was already on its way to you and you then decide directly that you don't want it, you can also refuse to accept it upon delivery. What is the exact status?
The refusal may be related to the fact that you have now frequently ordered expensive devices in a short period of time. My suggestion would be to first clarify the issue where you seem to be wrongly paying for something without having a phone and then see if we can place a new order.

Kind regards
Jessica 🌷
