I just charged my account with 20 euros which disappeared, can u check please?

Check out what exactly happened under Charges and Debits.

@Bumer it shows that it is consumed in o2 Prepaid Data Pack XL , but I can’t see any data bundle active on my account atm

 

check under tariff & SIM card whether an option is activated or is being activated?
