Hi , my o2 phone contract is terminated even I didn’t give request and money is deducted from account , is there any way to sort this out and reinstate my contract and refund money ? Is there anyone from o2 can help , I am in German .
on what date were you terminated? Do you have an unlimited contract?
I received post yesterday that my money will be deducted on 31st August ( on billing date ) which was deducted and after 2 weeks I will get confirmation of termination.
Can you answer when the contract will be terminated?

If the money has already been taken then this will not be possible any more - it is too late.
There are only two reasons the credit agreement would be terminated early: if the customer requests this (possible online - maybe you misunderstood something and clicked the links without reaslising?) or if o2 terminates the agreement because there were two consecutive missed payments. in eitehr case you should have received notifications by SMS and email. What did the letter you received say exactly?
I receive letter by post on the same day when my payment was schedule to deduct . It’s all happen on 31st August . There is no way to reinstate it anymore ?
And you had no communication from o2 before this at all? Maybe in your SPAM folder?
What did the letter give as a reason? The payment cannot actually have been taken on the 31st as this was a Saturday.
It was charged on 30th and letter they said on my request they are terminating contract but intentionally I never request but maybe by mistake I click in app as I don’t understand German . But schedule date was 2 and they charged on 30th
Now I check there is tab called o2 pay stop maybe I click there and they terminate it .
Then it is very unlikely you will be able to do anything now. The only thing you could try is calling the billing department tomorrow on 089 78 79 79 456, but to be honest the chances of success are extremely low because the termination and payment have already been processed.
Payment still not updated here I will speak with o2 tomorrow . Thanks for your advise .

I see that my colleagues which you contacted have send a cancellation request to our special department and as the cancellation of the installmant plan of your phone has been fixed on the 23rd August for September 10th, the cancellation request is within the 14 days time
So I see no reason it will not be terminated and your installment plan continued
