since I’m not able to send private message to you directly. here I would like to ask how to deactivate a multicard. By mistake I applied a multicard instead of applying a replacement e-sim card, on O2 portal, unfortunately I couldn’t deactivate the multicard (whit the last 4 digi 0996), the system always report “Aus technischen Gründen können Ihre Daten derzeit nicht vollständig geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.”
could you please do that for me by allowing me send you the private message with neccesory data? many thanks in advance
