Hi,
I have two numbers on my contract with different expiry dates i.e. 20th March 2021 and 4th May 2021.
I want to move to a different service provider while keeping both these numbers.
What process do I need to follow? Do I first request for PAC and then terminate the contract, or?

Hi
it depends on when you want to transfer the numbers.
You can rely on the cancellation date and request the transfer “zum Vertragsende” while creating the new contract.
3-4 Weeks should be enough for everything to be set up, so even when the day of the transfer changes, the deactivation day will follow accordingly to ensure you´re able to make calls.
