I have two phone contracts at PremiumSIM, and I’m moving abroad for three years.
Can anyone tell me how I could port the two phone numbers to O2 and what the *absolutely cheapest* way would be to keep my phone numbers? I will only return to Germany every 5-6 months.

welcome to the o2 community. 
The possibly cheapest option would be an o2 prepaid card where you only need to top-up a small amount from time to time to keep the card active.
You need an “opt-in”, setup by your former provider (except it’s an already cancelled contract) and a mobile number portability form/order, also from PremiumSIM + already existing tariffs from us.
