I am moving abroad and I have filled in and sent all documents by fax and email to the o2 centre at Nuremberg. I received the confirmation of cancellation from o2 but this refers only to the mobile phone number. Does this mean my DSL will also be parallely cancelled? It was clearly mentioned in my emails and request letters that both mobile phone and DSL need to be cancelled.
Please help me on this asap
