Hi guys, my german is very limited so I’ll make my question in english.
I have a contract for my handy and for my data plan. It all started when I changed my bank account on the app. I thought it would change for both contracts but it only changed for my data plan (first mistake). so i did not notice that i never got charged for my handy since my old bank account has no money anymore. I found out that i had an overdue payment for my handy and made a manual transfer with the kundennr of my data plan xxx (second mistake). then, i made a second manual transfer with the right kundennr xxx.
are there any consequences for late payments like these? i know they’re just stupid mistakes but now i cannot access any of my data under Mein O2 and I’m afraid it’s because of this that they blocked my access or something. i cannot access any function under Mein O2, not even contract extension.
