Hello!

Since almost 2 months, money is deducted from bank account but recharge is not received. 

Please check and revert soon.

I can see in the bank account statements that money is deducted. Also in the O2 app, I can see the receipts of last 2 months, but the recharge is not received. Mobile data shows zero. Please help.

I just had a look for you. The last time that we recharged your card automatically was on 8th December 2020. The amount was used for the package “o2 my Prepaid S” on 8th December. 

Since then, no further money was deducted from your bank account. Therefore, the package “o2 my Prepaid S” is waiting for another recharge since 4th January 2021. 

 

I can see that you changed the monthly deduction on 8th December. I suppose that today money will be deducted from your account again (8th January 2021) as you have a monthly deduction always on the 8th of each month. But as I see it, it is only a one-time deduction, not a monthly deduction. Can you please check your automatic deduction order?

 

Please let me know if the package “o2 my Prepaid S” will be activated today after the recharge.
